SIB 1553A hydrochloride Chemical Properties,Usage,Production
Description
SIB 1553A is an agonist of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) that displays selectivity for β4 subunit-containing receptors. Formulations containing SIB 1553A improve attentional function and performance in spatial and non-spatial working memory tasks in animals.
Uses
SIB 1553A hyrdrochloride is a novel cognitive enhancer with selectivity for neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR).
in vivo
SIB-1553A (1-40 mg/kg; s.c.) produces dose-dependent increases in ACh levels[3].
