Uses

Avarol is a cytostatic agent which has potent antileukemic activity.

in vivo

Avarol (50 mg/kg; i.p.; daily for 14 days) shows anti-tumor activity in mice^[1].

Animal Model:	female F1 (CBA × C57BL/6j) mice (Ehrlich carcinoma)^[1]
Dosage:	50 mg/kg
Administration:	I.p.; daily for 14 days
Result:	Inhibited tumor growth with a stable inhibition (25-35%) of EC growth.
