Uses
Pseudoaspidin is isolated from the ferns of the class Pterophyta or Filicinae[1].
Synthesis
Take 150g of cranesbill crushed into coarse powder, add 1500ml of petroleum ether (60 ~ 90 ??), heating reflux extraction 2 times, each time 1h; filtration, combined filtrate, recovery of solvent, the residue with 50ml chloroform dissolved, with 50ml 5% sodium hydroxide shaking extraction, discard the chloroform solution, sodium hydroxide solution with dilute hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 1 ~ 2, with chloroform shaking extraction for 2 times, combined with chloroform liquid The chloroform solution was washed with water, the aqueous solution was discarded, and the chloroform solution was concentrated to obtain 310 mg of the crude extract of Cranesbill. .
