It reduces serum parathyroid hormone and plasma ionizable calcium.', 'AC-265347 is a human calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) allosteric agonist. AC-265347 activates CaSR signaling in cellular proliferation and phosphatidyl inositol (PI) hydrolysis assays.
