ChEBI: 8-prenyldaidzein is a 7-hydroxyisoflavone that is daidzein in which the aromatic hydrogen at position 8 has been replaced by a prenyl group. It has a role as a plant metabolite. It is a member of 7-hydroxyisoflavones, a polyphenol and an olefinic compound. It is functionally related to a daidzein.
