Preparation of aryl sulfonamides via palladium-catalyzed chlorosulfonylation of arylboronic acids.

CPhos, is used as a catalyst in the synthetic preparation of palladium-catalyzed Negishi coupling of secondary alkylzinc halides with aryl bromides and chlorides.

CPhos can be used:

  • As a ligand in the Pd-catalyzed synthesis of 3-cyclopentylindole derivatives, dihydrobenzofurans and trans-bicyclic sulfamides.
  • To synthesize palladacycle precatalysts for Negishi coupling of secondary alkylzinc.
