Description

Biotin-PEG2-NH-Boc is a PEG linker with biotin and Boc protected amine moieties. The biotin group is used for the conjugation of proteins and can also be used for labeling. Boc can be removed under acidic condition.

Uses

Biotin-PEG2-NH-Boc is a biotin-labeled, PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
