Synthesis

5-Fluorotryptamine was prepared as follows: indole and POCl3 were reacted in DMF solvent at room temperature to obtain compound 2. compound 2 was taken and dissolved in nitromethane, which was catalyzed by ammonium acetate to form compound 3. anhydrous tetrahydrofuran was used as solvent, compound 3 was dissolved in it, tetrahydrolithium aluminum was added, and the reaction was carried out under anhydrous conditions to obtain compound 45-fluorotryptamine.
