General Description

Triphenylsulfonium 10-Camphorsulfonate (TPS-CS) is a Triphenylsulfonium (TPS) based photo acid generator (PAG) that release strong sulfonic acid. In addition, the order of acidity of TPS based PAGs is Triphenylsulfonium trifluoromethane sulfonate> Triphenylsulfonium ptoluenesulfonate > Triphenylsulfonium 10-camphorsulfonate[1].
