2''-OMe-ibu-G Phosphoramidite (CAS# 150780-67-9) is used in the synthesis of native-like crosslinked duplex RNA via interstrand crosslinking reaction between vinylpurine on one strand and target cytosine or uracil on the opposite strand.
Definition
2'-OMe-G(iBu)-3'-phosphoramidite is a chemically unstable and heat-sensitive nucleoside phosphoramidite that serves as a foundational element in oligonucleotide synthesis. 2'-OMe-RNA CE (β-cyanoethyl) Phosphoramidites are designed to produce synthetic oligonucleotides containing nuclease resistant 2'-O-methyl ribonucleotide linkages. Deprotection, isolation and handling of 2'-O-methyl oligonucleotides are identical to the procedures for oligodeoxynucleotides.
