Description

t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG3-azide is a PEG reagent containing an azide group and Boc-protected amino group, it is reactive with alkyne, BCN, DBCO via Click Chemistry. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.

Uses

Boc-N-Amido-PEG3-azide is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Boc-N-Amido-PEG3-azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
