Uses

Naltriben is a potent and selective antagonist for the δ2 opioid receptor. Naltriben is used to differentiate the δ1 and δ2 opioid receptors.

Biological Activity

Selective and potent δ -opioid receptor antagonist (K i values are 0.013, 19 and 152 nM for δ , μ and κ receptors respectively). Displays selectivity for the δ 2 subtype in vivo .
