Uses

Methyl 12-methyltridecanoate ((R)-betaxolol hydrochloride) is a biosurfactant extracted from Brevibacterium casei LS14.Methyl 12-methyltridecanoate provides a novel approach for functionalizing the silver nanoparticles higher biocompatibility in vivo environmental[1].

Methyl 12-methyltridecanoate ((R)-betaxolol hydrochloride) (up to 100 μg/ml, 72 h) decreases the mortality and other physiological abnormalities on embryonic zebrafish induced by silver nanoparticles [1].
Methyl 12-methyltridecanoate (up to 100 μg/ml, 72 h) decreases the oxidative stress induced by ROS and cell apoptosis in zebrafish embryos induced by silver nanoparticles [1].
