N-HEXYLSILANE Usage And Synthesis

Uses

n-Hexylsilane can be used as the reducing agent in redox initiated cationic polymerization of vinyl and heterocyclic monomers. It is also used in organically modified silica glass, which can inhibit human macrophage adhesion and foreign body giant cell formation.
