Synthesis

In a 25 mL reaction tube, evacuated for nitrogen, eosin Y (EosinY) (2.5 mg, 4*10-3 mmol), substrate 1a (73.6 mg, 0.2 mmol), substrate 2b (135.8 mg, 0.6 mmol), zinc acetate [Zn(OAc)2-2H2O] (4.3 mg, 0.02 mmol), diisopropyl Ethylamine (DIPEA) (66 ??L, 0.4 mmol), methanol (MeOH) (0.5 mL), stirred under the irradiation of a 23 watt spiral lamp for 24 h. After the reaction was completed, it was filtered, concentrated, and separated by column chromatography (PE) to give a colorless liquid 4f (29.2 mg, 73%), Rf = 0.4 (PE).
