Uses
9-Cyclopentyladenine monomethylsulfonate (9-CP-Ade mesylate) is a stable non-competitive adenylate cyclase inhibitor with cell permeable properties[1][2].
Biological Activity
A stable, cell-permeable, non-competitive adenylyl cyclase inhibitor th at targets the P-site domain. IC50 = 100 μM in detergent-dispersed r at brain preparation.
