Uses

Piperlotine D is an antiplatelet aggregation agent. Piperlotine D can be extracted from Piper lolot with antiplatelet aggregation activity. Piperlotine D inhibits arachidonic acid-induced platelet aggregation with an IC50 of 43.4 μg/mL[1].
