Synthesis
Weigh 1.68g of palladium chloride and dissolve it in as little hydrochloric acid as possible, then neutralize it with 1.0 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to obtain palladium hydroxide precipitate, and wash it with deionized water until it is free of chlorine ions.
