Uses
Isoangustone A is a secondary metabolite of Licorice. Isoangustone A was shown to suppress the proliferation of human melanoma cells and induce apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells.

Isoangustone A (2 or 10 mg/kg; i.p.; daily for 35 days) significantly decreases tumor growth, volume, and weight of SK-MEL-28 xenografts in mice[1].
