SCR7 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
SCR7 is an anti cancer molecule that selectively inhibits one of the DNA double strand break (DSB) repair pathways, non-homologous end joining (NHEJ).
in vivo
SCR7 (SCR7 pyrazine; 10 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; six doses; BALB/c mice) treatment significantly reduces breast adenocarcinoma-induced tumor and increases lifespan[1].
