6-Chloro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-B]pyridazine is a heterocyclic organic compound that can be used as a pharmaceutical intermediate.

The reaction was carried out in isopropanol (10 mL) at reflux for 3 hours with 3-chloro-6-hydrazinopyridazine (1.0 g, 7.0 mmol) and compound (CAS: 243116-57-6, 1.5 g, 7.0 mmol). After completion of the reaction, it was cooled to room temperature and the resulting precipitate was collected by filtration. The resulting solid was recrystallized with dichloromethane to afford 6-chloro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-B]pyridazine as a white solid (720 mg, 71% yield).
