Synthesis
The zircon sand was crushed into zircon sand fine powder with a particle size of less than 325 mesh, and the zircon sand fine powder was reacted with sulfuric acid under the condition of 0.5MPa and 200?? for 5h, in which the mass ratio of zircon sand and sulfuric acid was 1:5.5, and the concentration of sulfuric acid was 70%; after the reaction was completed, the reaction was cooled down to less than 100??, and the water added was 5 times the mass of zircon sand was washed with stirring, and then the filtrate was filtered and collected, and oxalic acid added was 3.5 times the mass of iron trioxide added. Oxalic acid was added to the filtrate for complexation, and the mass of oxalic acid added was 3.5 times the mass of ferric oxide, and the reaction temperature was 60 ??, and the reaction was carried out for 2h, and the solution obtained was crystallized to obtain zirconium sulfate.
