Propargyl-PEG6-NHS ester Usage And Synthesis
Description
Propargyl-PEG6-NHS ester is an amine reactive linker. The alkyne in this linker can react with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed Click Chemistry reaction. The PEG spacer increases solubility of the molecule in aqueous media.
Uses
Propargyl-PEG6-NHS ester is a PEG/Alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG6-NHS ester is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. Propargyl-PEG6-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
