Epoxyacrylate Oligomer Usage And Synthesis

Description

EBECRYL 600 (Epoxyacrylate Oligomer) is a photoactive prepolymer with low viscosity, little skin irritation and excellent pigment wettability. It is obtained from the esterification reaction of acrylic acid and epoxy soybean oil. The essence of the reaction is the addition reaction of carboxylic acid and epoxy group.

Synthesis

In a four-necked flask equipped with reflux condenser, stirrer, dropping funnel, thermometer, add a certain amount of epoxidized soybean oil, the oil bath heated to 85 ?? when the proportional drop containing the catalyst triphenylphosphine, polymerization blocking agent hydroquinone and acrylic acid mixed solution, to control the rate of drop acceleration and increase the temperature of the oil bath while adding drops.
