Preparation
Take 1kg of dried coltsfoot flower buds and crush them, add 4L petroleum ether (distillation range 60-90°C), soak at room temperature for 5h, ultrasonically extract 3 times, 60min each time, filter the extract, and concentrate to dryness under reduced pressure to obtain 1.31g of extract, namely An extract of coltsfoot flower for asthma treatment.
Therapeutic Function
