Description

FAM (fluorescein) alkyne is a high purity (95%) 5-isomer with significant aqueous solubility. Alkyne enables copper-catalyzed Click chemistry.

Uses

5-FAM-Alkyne is a high selective and sensitive fluorescent biosensor for alkaline phosphatase (ALP)[1]. 5-FAM-Alkyne is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
