Uses
Pentixafor is a PET imaging agent used in the analysis of CXCR4 receptors in cancer.
in vivo
[68Ga]Pentixafor (15 MBq, intravenous injection, single dose) is suitable for PET imaging in the PC-3 prostate cancer xenograft model[2].
[18F]AlF-NOTA-Pentixather (0.30 MBq, intravenous injection, single dose) can target the CXCR4 receptor for specific PET imaging in the Daudi lymphoma xenograft SCID mouse model[4].
