Uses
(R)-Chroman-4-amine Hydrochloride is used to synthesize inhibitors of apoptosis proteins antagonists bearing an octahydropyrrolopyrazine scaffold as proline mimetic. It is also used to prepare novel tricyclic compounds as inhibitor of apoptosis proteins antagonists.
