Pigment Blue 1 Usage And Synthesis
Chemical Properties
Dark blue powder. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in hot water is blue, very soluble in ethanol as blue. Brownish yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, light green to blue in dilute sulfuric acid, its aqueous solution is brown flocculent precipitate when encountered with NaOH.
