metallibure Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Anterior pituitary activator (for swine).
Uses
Methallibure is a non-steroidal gonadotropin (GTH) inhibitor.
Safety Profile
Poison by intravenous route. Slightly toxic by ingestion. An experimental teratogen. Human reproductive effects by unspecified route: menstrual cycle changes or disorders. Experimental reproductive effects. Mutation data reported. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of SOx and NOx.
