Description

PKSI-527 (128837-71-8) is a selective plasma kallikrein inhibitor (Ki = 0.81 μM)1 that can be used for affinity purification of kallikrein2.? Synergizes with NO donors to produce antithrombic effects ex-vivo.3? Suppresses collagen-induced arthritis in mouse models.4

Uses

PKSI-527 is a new, highly selective plasma kallikrein inhibitor. PKSI-527 can suppress collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) by modifying the kallikrein-kinin system[1].
