Uses

4-Isopropyl-4'-methyldiphenyliodonium Tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate can be used as a material for Perovskite solar cells (PeSCs).  After mixing p-type 4-isopropyl-4'-methyldiphenyliodonium tetrakis(pentafluorophenyl)borate into the interface layer, the series resistance (Rs) value of PeSCs can be reduced, and the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of single crystal PeSC can be significantly improved[1].
