Description

DSPE-PEG-Biotin, MW 2,000 is a biotin amphipilic material which forms micelles in an aqueous solution and binds selectively with streptavidin and avidin. This polymer is very promising nanocarriers for therapeutic drug delivery, imaging and molecular labeling.

Uses

DSPE-PEG-Biotin, MW 1000 is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
