Colorless or slightly yellow transparent liquid, slightly acidic odor. b.p. 120～130℃, relative density 1.25～1.27 (23℃), of which A compounds accounted for 70%, b.p. is 127～128℃, relative density 1.244 (20℃), refractive index 1.3800 (20℃); B compounds accounted for 30%, b.p. is 146～148℃, relative density is 1.300 (20℃), refractive index 1.4360 (20℃). Soluble in water, ethanol, ether and other organic solvents, chemically stable in acidic solution, can be decomposed in alkaline solution, volatile and toxic at high temperature.
