Biological Activity

PDLIM1 (PDZ and LIM domain 1) acts as a cytoskeletal protein involved in the cytoskeleton reorganizations. It binds to α-actinin to control the cytoskeletal reorganization and signal transduction. It has been reported th at PDLIM1 plays a key role in controlling the progression of breast cancer cells in terms of migration and metastasis control.
