Tetrazine-PEG4-maleimide Usage And Synthesis

Description

Methyltetrazine-PEG4-Maleimide is a click chemistry Maleimide linker. The maleimide group specifically and efficiently reacts with thiols to form thioether bond. This reagent can be used to efficieintly incorporate a tetrazine moiety with TCO-attached compound or macromolecule.

Uses

Methyltetrazine-PEG4-maleimide is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Methyltetrazine-PEG4-maleimide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a Tetrazine group that can undergo an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing TCO groups.
