Synthesis
Steps in the preparation of 6-methyl-2-pyridinecarbonitrile:
Mix hydrobromic acid and 2-amino-6-methylpyridine under stirring conditions, keep warm; then cool the solution, add bromine Br2 to the solution, and then keep this reaction at a low temperature; then add aqueous sodium nitrite to the solution at this low temperature, and then react; at the end of the reaction cool the reaction solution down, adjust the pH with alkali, and then distill by water vapor distillation to obtain 2-bromo-6-methylpyridine; add cuprous cyanide and Lithium bromide was added to DMF with a mass of 2-5 times the mass of 2-bromo-6-methylpyridine, and then the solution was heated, and the reaction was kept warm after the addition of 2-bromo-6-methylpyridine; at the end of the reaction, the solution was cooled down, water was added, and then the product was obtained by water vapor distillation.6-Methylpyridine-2-carbonitrile Preparation Products And Raw materials
