Uses

Formaldehyde-free fixing agent does not produce formaldehyde substance during production and usage, and the dyed fabric with the dye-fixation treatment does not release formaldehyde either, thereby being capable of effectively improving wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes, and obtaining high-quality dye-fixation effect.

Preparation

Formaldehyde-free fixing agent which is prepared from diethylenetriamine (AE), epichlorohydrin (EP), and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) with a monomer molar ratio of 2 : 2 : 1. Water is used as a solvent and the obtained product contains 10 % of solid.
