Description
Peptizer SJ-103 is a mixture of thiophenol type of peptizer, synthetic active agents, inert carrier and organic dispersants.
Chemical Properties
Peptizer SJ-103 is non-toxic, almost insoluble in water and most organic solvents. Under the condition of room temperature, dry, moisture-proof and light, the shelf life is 10 months.
Application
- Peptizer SJ-103 is a thiophenol rubber peptizer, it is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber.
- Peptizer SJ-103 is suitable for high and low temperature plasticizing, open mill and internal mixer are all can be used. Low temperature plasticizing temperature is 50-80℃, high temperature plasticizing temperature is 130-160℃.
- When using peptizer SJ-103 can improve the efficiency of rubber plasticizing, which can shorten the plasticizing time by 30%, save energy and improve production efficiency.
