Uses
Synthesis and structure-activity relationships of Diflapolin analogs as dual sol. Epoxide Hydrolase /5-Lipoxygenase-activating protein inhibitors.FLAP inhibitor.
in vivo
Diflapolin (1-10 mg/kg; i.p.; 30?min before zymosan injection) exhibits potent anti-inflammatory properties in in-vivo experiments[1].
