Description

Ganoderenic acid B is a cyclic peptide that belongs to the group of chemical substances. It is an immunomodulator and an anti-cancer agent. Ganoderenic acid B is a monoclonal antibody (mAb) against the surface methodology of cancer cells. It has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity in cell culture, as well as in animal models of cervical cancer. Ganoderic acid B has also been shown to inhibit multidrug resistance in cancer cells, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
