BRCC3 antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:1000 ~ 2000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1000.

Immunogen

Anti-human BRCC3 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human BRCC3 amino acids 1-316 purified from E. coli.

Background

BRCC3 is a subunit of the BRCA1-BRCA2-containing complex (BRCC), which is an E3 ubiquitin ligase. BRCC3 is also thought to be involved in the cellular response to ionizing radiation and progression through the G2/M checkpoint.
