Description

m-PEG8-thiol is a PEG linker containing a thiol group. The thiol group reacts with maleimide, OPSS, vinylsulfone and transition metal surfaces including gold, silver, etc. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Uses

m-PEG8-thiol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
