ASP3026 is an orally available receptor tyrosine kinase anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) small molecule inhibitor with promising anti-tumour and apoptosis-inducing effects, which has been used in the study of solid tumours, B-cell lymphomas, advanced malignant tumours, interstitial lymphoma kinase-positive and proto-oncogene tyrosine protein kinase ROS-positive therapy.
