Propargyl-PEG5-1-o-(b-cyanoethyl-n,n-diisopropyl)phosphoramidite is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
