Spirulina Powder is one of the most important health supplements for people. It is a source of many nutrients, contains proteins, essential vitamins and minerals, and has a variety of effects such as anti-tumor and anti-viral, regulating blood sugar levels, anti-thrombotic, protecting the liver and improving the body's immune system. It can also be sprinkled on food or added to spice mixtures, smoothies, green drinks and juices, and is favored by a wide range of consumers.

Synthesis

Home cultivation of brackish water spirulina:
(1) A culture medium containing various inorganic salts is prepared and the pH is adjusted to 8.5-10.
(2) Algal inoculum is added at 3-8 g/L. The water temperature is maintained at 18-38C with daily aeration and 6-18 hours of light for 2-8 days.
(3) Mature spirulina is harvested using a 200-300 mesh net. Immature spirulina continues to be cultivated.
