Chemical Properties

Dark blue powder. Insoluble in water, insoluble in sodium sulfide solution. Yellow in alkaline reducing solution; dark greenish yellow in acidic reducing solution. Greenish blue in concentrated sulfuric acid, produces greenish blue precipitate after dilution.

Preparation
