Purpurin 18 Usage And Synthesis

Uses

Purpurin 18 can be used for synergistic orthotopic pancreatic cancer therapy. This compound can also be used to improve muscular microcirculation disorder.

in vivo

Purpurin 18 (0.625 mg/kg, intratumoral injection, single dose) has good photodynamic efficacy in mouse models. Purpurin 18 photodynamic therapy (PDT) inhibits tumor proliferation in mice[1].

Animal Model:Subcutaneous injection of 4T1 mouse model (PDT treatment)[1]
Dosage:0.625 mg/kg; single dose
Administration:Intratumoral injection
Result:Had good photodynamic efficacy, did not affect body weight and major organ functions, and inhibited tumor proliferation.
