Uses

Kushenol E is a class of flavonoids isolated from Sophora flavescens and is a non-competitive indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 (IDO1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.7?μM and a Ki of 9.5?μM, has anti-tumor activity[1].
