1,4-CYCLOHEXANEDIAMINE Usage And Synthesis
Uses
1,4-cyclohexanediamine be used as organic intermediates and epoxy curing agents.
Synthesis
In a 100 mL autoclave with stirring, 5 g of p-phenylenediamine, 0.1 g of homemade 10% Ru/MC catalyst, 25 mL of solvent, and additives were added, and the kettle was sealed and leak tested. Nitrogen was introduced to replace the air in the kettle for three times, and then hydrogen was used to replace the nitrogen in the kettle for three times, and then hydrogen was introduced to the set value, the temperature was raised to the set temperature, and the reaction was started under stirring. When the reaction was no longer consuming hydrogen, the reaction was finished, the device was closed, and the reaction solution was removed from the kettle after cooling, filtered to remove the catalyst, sampled and analyzed by gas chromatography. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column temperature 100~250?? programmed temperature increase, gasification chamber temperature was 250??, detection temperature was 280??.
